I'm 24, 5'2.5" with goal weight 110lbs. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 12 years ago (my TSH was 282 and I hadn't grown for over 2 years), and am now being more active in my thyroid treatment. I'm currently taking 100mcg levothyroxine and 5mcg generic cytomel. The cytomel seems to help a bit with energy levels, and I'm hoping I can get the dosage increased. I've also eliminated caffeine from my diet, and am trying to get at least 8 hours of sleep per night.

I've been interested in becoming vegan for about a year now, and have experimented with it, but never made it official. I'm going to set a goal of being 100% vegan for the month of November (including Thanksgiving Day!). I don't think it will be too hard; milk disgusts me and I've never been a huge fan of meat except chicken, which is now not as appealing as it used to be. It's just eating out that can be difficult.

My plan is to eat 100% vegan, do at least 20 min cardio 6x week for the first two weeks, then up that to 30 mmin, take 1 tbsp Barlean's Omega Swirl every day, 1 tsp Probiotics 1 to 2x per week, and get more fruits and veggies. And of course, try to keep my thyroid in line.
