Thanks for the comment to my feed. The spin class is great you just have to build up your endurance slowly. I had been spinning 2-3 times a week for several months and then stopped after getting sick. I thought I could go back in there with the same fierceness that I had before and boy was I wrong. It left me almost passed out. LOL But you should try it again. If you have been working out and doing cardio, as long as you go at your own pace you should be ok.
