Introduction Text My ultimate goal would be to have lost a total of 90 pounds. I'm taking it one healthy change at a time. Joined a gym and invested in a personal trainer, its the best money I've ever spent on myself. Its been a slow process but I'm finally learning the right way to lose weight..... hard work and knowledge. Learning the right way to do this is making life better.I fall off the wagon sometimes, but the difference now is I get back on before the wagon goes out of sight.

May Determination and Accountability challenge: goals: Lose 8 pounds in the month of May 60 Mins of Cardio a day Walk the dog 3x a week More Wii time then couch time Find a new trail to hike 1x a week

Cardio everyday strength training twice a week

5 hikers socks/hat (got 'em) 10 hiking boots (got 'em) 15 pedicure (yup) :) 20 new haircut/color (goodbye gray roots) 25 Renault Winery (yes and I loved it) 30 massage (long overdue and it was wonderful) 35 mani/pedi/waxing (day of beauty aaah) 40 broadway play 45 Jeans 50 Zipline Adventure 55 New clothes 60 white water rafting 70 learn to kayak 80 Hike Mt. Washington 90 3 day spa retreat!! And any anthing else I want !!! (GOAL)
