Introduction Text My name is Kathy and I live with my wife, Robin and our cat in rural Maine. We have a very active social life, but weight has crept upon me slowly over the years. I am currently 70 pounds heavier than I was in high school. I am working on controlling my carb cravings and trying to get off my butt and get more exercise. I have lost 30 pounds since last September and would like to lose 30 more....not back to high school weight, but I'd be happy with another 30. :)

I'd like to get below 200 pounds by the first of December. I haven't been there in 7 years.

I am trying to stay within my suggested calorie range and working on adding exercise to my life, which I have been lacking for a long time.
