Long story short: I believe this is the third time I am on this journey. Last year I got to my "enough" weight and started working my way down again. For the past five months I have plateaued in terms of the numbers on the scale and have been hovering between 198 and 203. I would much prefer that that hovering range to be 195 - 199.

Even though the numbers have stayed the same, I am feeling healthier in a multitude of ways: I am stronger, my back hurts less, my legs are much stronger, I have less trouble breathing. Overall, I just feel much better. Just because the numbers aren't moving doesn't mean there isn't progress and so long as I keep working on my daily actions, things will continue to improve.

Fitness Minutes: 81,882

My Goals:
Weight goals: According to BMI charts I guess I'm supposed to be 165lbs. I am currently shooting for somewhere between 180 and 185lbs and we'll go from there.
Food goals: 3 servings of fruit and veges every day; cut down on evening snacks
Sleep goals: 7 hours of sleep every night
Exercise goals: continue what I am doing in my program

My Program:
During the week I walk up (and down) five levels of ramps in the parking garage where I work and I try to swim twice a week. Besides that I have the best workout partner in the world and we do a 5K walk every weekend and 30 minute hill climbing twice a week.
