    Hey girl welcome to SP! I was undecided what kind of goodie to give you, but I figured meal planning is the heart of it all. It all starts with FOOD after all, and what we eat drives our metabolism, etc etc etc. Exercise is GREAT for your general health, but without proper nutrition, its not gonna be fun. Im a believer in the LCHF (low carb high fat) in that when I stay away from bread pasta sugar, and eat avocados nuts and cheese instead, I loose INCHES.
