2015 Staying with the healthy journey for me & the Pups !
Hi, thanks for stopping by ! Have been working with Sparkpeople since 2-5-10 ! Taking my time and losing it right! I have lost 32 pounds; 18.5 inches !(1-4-13))
Enjoy kniting, gardening, walking with Leslie Sansone (in the house). Make sure that the Boston's get a walk a day!

Make sure that you hook up with some great people that will help you over come stuggles during your change to healthy living. I have found people to talk with and people to met up with ! Even a great strength training partner to work out with over the net! You can get everything one needs to become a success story right here at Sparkpeople.
Become your own personal trainer with the help of the 10 minute exercises that you can find at the fitness center! Get great recieps for new dishes or share yours with us there.
I wish each and everyone a successful transformation here at the Spark!

Keep focused on healthy lifestyle changes.
Learn from reading articles on the site to motivate me to continue on daily.
Lose 50 # this year !
That will be my 1st goal weight which I hope will only take a year from now to reach.
My Program:
Track all the food I eat daily.
Drink 8-12 8 oz. glasses of crystal clear WATER.
Do strength trainning on Mon-Wed-Fri and Cardio for 4 Fast Miles with Leslie & Gang 45 mins. Mon-Wed-Fri
Walk the dogs 30-45mins everyday ! Start working on the urban rebounder again for 10 min. 3x/week!
Personal Information:
I've enjoyed growing up in the foothills of the Adirondack Mts. Nice city called Glens Falls. Have always been fighting the bulge and this time I want to put if off once and for all. As you can see from my photos, I love Boston Terriers. Enjoy taking part in Bible Studies and sharing my faith in The Shepherd's Chapel Bible study Mon-Fri 5am!

Profile pup Zoe, is now a 3 1/2 year old. Bizz is 10 1/2 ! Happy to be able to show you the finished project of the pool house, and pool area!
