    Thanks for your comment on my blog. It is hard to move past the numbers, especially when they aren't doing what we are expecting/hoping/wanting them to do.... And there are other numbers, too, that count.... how many reps I can do, how much weight I can lift, how many inches around my stomach, what my blood pressure is, etc.

    Sometimes we have to look beyond the numbers to what they are really telling us, and figure out what really matters and focus on that.

    I love your intro where you mention changing your thoughts as part of the process of getting to a healthy weight. You are SO right. It became so much easier for me to get it off and keep it off when I learned not to guilt trip myself into oblivion every time I slipped. I look forward to seeing your success.
