Time to lose weight! I am 5'5 and want to lose about 50lbs. Once I get there I will decide based on my appearance if I want to lose more, but I doubt it. I'm pretty buxom, although I wouldn't mind going down two cup sizes, and I would actually like a bigger butt so I am definitely not trying to look like a stick if you ...

* Work out in only a sports bra and shorts!
*Look GREAT in a bikini by June 2011!
Lose the weight I've gained following high school. Be tone, lean in the right places, and curvy in the right places.
*Have a flat stomach.
*Have a bigger but,t and nice thick yet in shape thighs.
*Be able to run a 5k.
My Program:
1400 calories a day. 10 - 20 mins of cardio to warm up and focus on one body part a day with strength training 5 days a week.
