Hi all! My name is Denise and I live in Saint John, NB. I have had a life long battle with the bulge, but I am currently at my heaviest. I am a terrible dieter and it seems to be getting harder as I get older. I know a lifestyle change is what I need but what I want is to be at least 30lbs lighter by tomorrow if not sooner:)

Here's hoping that SP is going to be my key to success with permenant weight loss and creating a healther lifestyle...
