Introduction Text I always seem to find my way back to Sparks, sometimes it takes awhile but I always return. Why some may ask.....because this program/site WORKS. I am starting to monitor my calorie intake and going to try to get my exercise going again. Miss all the friends that I had made here over the years, hope to reconnect with many of them.

My goals are to start eat healthy, tracking everything, drinking at least 12 glasses (96 oz) of water every day and to start an exercise routine. I am also going to be decreasing my sodium intake.

1. Calorie intake of 1200 a day. 2. Water intake of at least 96 oz a day. 3. Reading the Sparks books along with motivational articles on website. 4. Working slowly up to the 30 minutes a day goal of exercising.

I live in NE Ohio just a few miles from Lake Erie. I am 53 yrs old, married to a wonderful man and have two fantastic daughters that are 31 and 33 yrs old. We have several cats and a great dog...Jaxon.

I love to read, listen to country music and spend time with my family and animals.
