I've lost a little over 30 pounds and kept it off for 2 years, but I really want to lose another 40 pounds and get close to the athletic shape I was in during high school when I had the time to play 3 sports a year. Life gets in the way, sometimes, but now is the time to make a conscious effort. No more procrastination.

My Goals:
I would like to be able to run 3 miles, without stopping.
I would like to never shop in a plus size department ever again. I would like to lose weight to be a healthy weight to have a baby.


My Program:
I try to do a quick daily 15 minute workout that consists of push-ups, crunches, squats and arm weights. I also try to get my cardio in by walking my dog around the neighborhood. It's working... slower than I'd like, but still working none the less. I'm trying to cut out alcohol from my life, although I love to enjoy a nice glass of Pinot Noir here and there.



Personal Information:
My name is Kellie. I am 30 years old. I live in beautiful San Diego, California. I have a wonderful husband and the world's cutest pup, Sampson, who is my other fitness partner. He keeps me moving and helps pull me up all those hills on our walks when I get tired.


Other Information:
I am a part-time bartender, part- time photographer and full-time student. My days are filled, but getting fit is very important to me, and I can't wait for the day that I feel like I've succeeded in the one thing that I feel is always pulling me down.....My weight.
