You create your before and after, save the picture and then upload it to your sparkpage pictures. If you need more detailed info let me know. I had never done it before but figured it out through trial and error.

Thanks for your comments to my blog. I am not sure IF I ovulated, but I think I did. We have been trying for so long, that I am glad I was finally able to get assistance from a doctor who respects my decisions but challenges me to be healthier.

Yeah we are including everything. I just put my cardio total because that is all I did. I am not doing strength exercises right now. I am only doing cardio so that is all I put. Sorry if I confused you! 4674 days ago

I was going to ask you.....Friday night can you add up your total mins and post them on the challenge message board. I am wondering if it would be easier to just do the cardio mins since it actually tracks the mins. Let me know what you think? And we can ask KEGANSMOM also.
