Hello! My name is Kelly, I'm 27 and I'm a photographer and fashion nut among other things. I'm trying to get toned and eat healthier! I lost about 10 pounds last year with pilates / cardio / high protein but fell off the diet after two months and put it back on. My job was pretty physical, I was on my feet at least 6 hours a day. I left that job (bad enviroment!) in June 2011 so I don't have that extra 6 hours this time around but I think I can do it! I'm hoping it sticks this time.

I've also been struggling with anxiety since I was a teenager, working out regularly definetly seems to help that. I have an amazing family and boyfriend and I'm usually pretty quirky and creative!

Fitness Minutes: 20,724

My Goals:
* I want to lose 10 pounds by June 1st 2012.

* I want to get toned up.

My Program:
I do anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour of cardio a day, pilates and a strength training schedule layed out on here.

I've cut out all soda (I used to drink 5 cans a day!), alcohol, sugar-heavy sweets, caffiene. I'm lucky in that I've never had a big sweet tooth but I'm pretty much addicted to salt! I've also cut back on that.

    I started going thru some of your flickr account.. looks like great work! Was photography the job where you were on your feet for 6+ hours and had to leave it?

    I'm trying to do the same as you: "cut out all soda, alcohol, sugar-heavy sweets, caffiene". Baaad stuff, and I feel so much better when I go without them!

    How funny we have about the same amount to lose, I lost weight last year too! about 15 lbs. Put it all back on though. (this is what happens when you move across the street from your boyfriend) Hope your diet and exercise is going well, don't give up it always takes more time and patience than is preferable, ha.
