I am 28 years old. always been the larger person in any group. I have tried so many times from my teens until now to loose weight and nothing is working. when i said working i guess its the motivation on my part. but i am motivated now. i want to do this for myself and my kids. I am so proud that i have two beautiful boys. one who has just signed up to a football club. And the other who is starting to train.

Being fat makes me very careful about what i feed my children. they dont ...

Being fat makes me very careful about what i feed my children. they dont get crisps and snacks like that i am very careful in what they eat. i would never NEVER let them get to the size i have!

i need to go from 292 lbs to 140lbs!

its easy dishing out information but its sticking to it. so im here to do it for life!

My Goals:
- Control portion sizes
- Go on wii 4 times week
- Get to target weight

My Program:
 I am using a smaller plate for portion sizes.

Using the wii fit most days for at least 30 mins or more.

eating less and more healthy.
