Introduction Text My name's Dan. I'm a 33 year old radio show producer and host from Kelowna, British Columbia. I did well on SP for the first half of 2010, lost roughly 70 pounds, and then slipped into some old habits again. Gained all the weight back, but trying again!

Try-A-Tri, here I come! - ACCOMPLISHED!!! In 2010, I'm going to train to do the Across The Lake swim, as well as my second triathlon. I'm also going to reach my weight loss goal of 230lbs.
