Hi I'm Kemmy trying to lose weight for health and fitness. I think feeling good is the most important thing in getting healthy
I want to lose 30 lbs, to reclaim my pre-baby health and embrace fitness as a regular part of my life.

My goal is to lose 1lb per week in a steady and consistent way. I think for a while I have been unrealistic in what I can achieve and my goal really is to become healthy over time not necessary in 3 months!

My motivation are my children - I want to set the best example to them regarding health and fitness. I have told my daughter the important thing is not being the right size; but being fit and healthy.
The obesity stats are scary and I don't want my children to even get close to be one of the numbers.
Therefore things need to start from me!

FOOD
cutting out junk food, increasing fruit and vegetable intake. cut out caffienated drinks.
Increase fibre intake

EXERCISE
Mon: rest day
Tue: 60 minute dance class or 60 minutes squash
Wed: 45 mins spinning
Thur: 60 mins Body Pump
Fri: 30 mins Taebo
Sat: 45 min spinning
Sun: 60 min taebo

    Ok, hey! I just wanted to stop by and say thanks so much for joining the challenge. Be sure to go by the general discussion forum and check out the design of my challenge. It tells you all the details of what you do. If anything is unclear just write me or post a message and I will get back to you within 24 hours. I make it a point of mine to do so. I started this as motivation for myself because I have done so well with this little program that I created and I thought to myself, "why not let others try it and get results?" So that is what I did. I am down to my last little stretch of weight and I want to go out with a BANG! before I go to maintenance. I hope you enjoy it and remember that you cannot fail this challenge. You can only quit. So if you always jump right back on the horse and never quit, YOU NEVER FAIL! Do your best and again, I am super glad to have you!
