My main goal is to get healthy! I want to be able to move easily and without hurting!

To begin with I am focusing on the eating part. I am slowly, s-l-o-w-l-y, did I mention 'slowly' bringing in exercise. It's coming together. I am a Spark Peep!

I live in small town, Ontario. I have two adult sons. I work in education, enjoying my summers off!
