    Hey Buddha! I thank you for adding me on as a friend...Let's try to get ourselves into yoga pants and get the good food rolling...What are you doing for food? What works for you and doesn't ? What trigger food do you have? See, I found that trigger food can be the most healthiest food in the world, but if after eating it you are STARVING, it isn't a good food for you at all! Mine is Yogurt. Within 10 minutes I am starting to truck the fridge into my bedroom and rip it open like a Griz. Nope, no yogurt for me!! Same with Grapes, love em and can eat 2-3 pounds in a sitting without breaking a sweat! Funny though, juiced, it is okay...who knows! What works for me:
    Salsa, carrot juice, fish, eggs, veggies, many fruits (not all), avocados, nuts and most grains. Gotta watch my olives, (I love them too much), potatoes, and seed cheese...I almost gulp that stuff...

    LOL, I am hoping that this gives you an idea of what you can look at and hey, let's keep chatting! Find me on Facebook for more stuff like music, etc. I do modivations there! Eat to live, not live to eat. Getting life in balance means not leaning in any one direction too hard: keep business, home life, and play in balance. Food is a banquet of all things, not just the one's you eat!
