Fitness Minutes: 1,562

My Goals:
I would like to be healthier and fit my clothes better. My MAIN goal is to be more fit physically so I can chase after my grandson, once he starts walking :)

My Program:
 I'm currently doing Weight Watchers and also I TRY to exercise 1 hour everyday, lawd knows it's hard, but exercise is key to a successful weight lost. I've downloaded Leslie Sansone's Walking Music to my iPod. I use the 2 & 3 mile segments.

    hi kimmee . thanks for the visit to my profile. girl it's been rough lol. i was doing so good, now i'm mad at myself emoticon i had lost 17 or 18 pounds. then i went home to louisiana on vacation& gained some of it back. but when i got back her i gained the rest cause for some reason i can't get back into my workout routine or eating routine. my appetite is crazy, especially around bedtime. ugh emoticon i'm praying hard cause i feel like the good year blimp lol. anyways say a prayer for me girl. but i'm still here in hampton until nest yr GOD spares....LUCY
