Introduction Text Welcome to my Sparkpage! My name is Kim and I joined SP in Feb 08. Between Feb and Dec 08, I lost 24 pounds . Then the holidays hit and by Feb 2009 I eventually went back to being lazy and had stopped working out altogether. I gained back 20 of the 24 lbs lost, so here I am again, getting back into the routine that had helped me finally start to lose the weight that I'd been carrying around for the last 10 years or so. I know I can achieve it this year. Yeah......go ME!!!!

1. I want to do a 5k this year (2011) 2. I would LOVE to let out the healthy, toned, fit chick that is living inside of me 3. I want to get more and better quality sleep 4. I want some muscle definition 5. To wear a cute bikini this summer (I live 10 minutes from the beach but haven't worn a bathing suit in over 10 years)

Cardio at least 30 minutes 5x/wk Strength train 3x/wk To eat healthier foods (i.e. veggies (yuck)) Eat enough calories each day Try to eat breakfast every day
