Operation teeny bikini!


I joined spark in January 2009 and it has helped tremendously with my progress. My lowest weight was 127. Now I am back and starting again.

I would like to get into the 120's but I am in no rush. Just want to be happy, healthy, and have fun while doing so.

Fitness Minutes: 22,350

My Goals:
Started at 167lbs Jan 2009.

My new goal is to go from 167 to 150. Kind of fell off the wagon a bit so I am ready to kick my butt back in gear and DO THIS!


My Program:
 Going hard now..

Morning - Treadmill for at least 15 mins.

Evening - Do one or two classes at the gym.
