Let's all get healthy!
I love SP and have found it to be one of, if not the best social networking tools ... because it has a very good goal ... to use peer pressure to make people healthier!
I'm happily married and a computer geek, who loves animals, the environment and the outdoors.
I am using SP as a tracking tool for monitoring my own health and fitness goals.
My formula:
- 64oz water daily (a single all-day mug)
- 1000-1500 calories
- Cardio ...
