I want to feel better, look better, and fit into my clothes again! I really want to be a size 8, but I'd take a 10 right now. And I want to be able to get pregnant (if we decide to) without worrying about the extra weight. I have 2 months to lose all the weight before we'll consider trying again. Here we go!

My Program:
My plan is to do cardio at least 3X/week, yoga when I feel stressed, and strength training 3-4X/wk. I'm also counting calories and really watching what I eat. I'm praying this works!

I'm a SAHM from Houston. I was born and raised in Texas and would stay here forever if I could. My life revolves around God and family, especially my three boys: my hubby, my almost 6-year-old, and my 2-year-old. We're considering a third, but at times I am just content and don't know if I want to rock the boat! Life's good! Just wish I could fit into my pants!

I have been up and down this week also. I've been really stressed this week so I haven't been eating the right foods. But I have worked out.
