Hi!! I have added you as a Sparkfriend. I decided to give one of the challenges a try in one of the groups I joined (unfortunately I qualify to join the 100Lbs or more to lose!! )-I also joined Stomach Must GO!! and this challenge I am taking on is to walk atleast 20 or maybe it is 25 miles (I will have to double check) for the month of November...I just started..and just about killed myself walking 3.5 miles today. I went relatively slow I guess..but my heels are a little raw....but not too bad..no pain no loss...lol!! I maybe should have done 1 mile briskly..but we walked down to the cool old shops near our house. I feel proud I actually got out there and did it! Check out some of the groups...they are a great source of motivation and a place just to put your 2 cents if something interests to you and your likes. I want to reduce the refined sugar intake as you have noted in your goals. I am trying...refined sugar is evil...just makes you want more!!! 5236 days ago
