Hi! I'm 28, a second grade teacher, and after high school/during college, I weighed in at 200 lbs. For my wedding in June, I managed to lose about 50 lbs, getting me to 150. But since June, I have managed to gain all of it back- plus some. :( While I am very upset at myself. I am now realizing that this has to be a life change and that I will always struggle with my weight. Everyone on my mom's side of the family has weight problems, and my mom is now dealing with depression, constant migraines, and diabetes. I need to get my weight back in check while I am young so I don't have those same problems when I get older.

Eating 1400 calories a day.

    Hi l I hope you don't mind but when I came to join this team there was no leaders so what was a girl to do? I decided to do it emoticon I hope you don't mind me changing the picture of this team and the title...it just wasn't me lol and if I am to be a leader of this team I wanted this team to suit my personality...I hope you don't mind. I am new to rebounding....just bought one and looking forward to some rebounding dvds that I just ordered.     How is this week going???? What is your weight loss so far?
    I am down a little more. Almost 12 pounds for the year. I am a little off my "New Years" goal but only by a few pounds. I'm still getting up early each morning and running and it is starting to feel really good. Talk to you soon!

    You sound great! That's awesome that you lost 13 pounds already. I am down 9.2 pounds for the year so far. I just get my workouts in which is burning at least 500 calories on my treadmill 5 days a week and eat right. I really don't eat any fried foods or breads & pasta. I still eat carbs, just the good ones! I don't have anyone to do this with, so when I don't want to get up to run in the morning I just tell myself that is what you always do and you've never reached your goal so get up and get it done! I'm in my 6th week of getting up an hour earlier then I have to get my workout in. It does feel good to have it done and out of the way 1st thing in the morning.
