Not many of us here after 10 years. I've been here since Oct. 07. I was 214# then and if I hadn't have stayed I'd be about 314# by now. No way. I was 151.2# this morning, which is about 20# from where I want to be, but I'm still dealing with my femur healing up from when I fell last June. We just have to work on this everyday. Keep going. I went to Disney World for a week and I saw so many fat people, young and old and I'm determined to get down to about 125#-130#. I walked everywhere and I saw all those people riding in scooters and I could hear Jack LaLanne say "Don't lose those legs!" I walked with my cane, but I walked. 1037 days ago
