I have realized some very important things in my journey thus far.

1. I am capable of change

2. I must remain focused 100% on my health, or I easily slip back into old negative habits

3. Life is better when it is kept simple and not to put too much pressure on myself

being overweight is not just a physical condition, it is an emotional state and has thrown my whole life off balance. Losing wieght is not optional for me, it has to be.....

My Goals:
My goal weight is 155 lbs

I want to be happy with who I am and what I am doing in life.

I want to feel as good as my husband thinks I look :)

I would like to maintain/increase my flexibility

My Program:
Southbeach phase 1 November 30th - December14th

Drinking 1.5litres H20 a day

Between 1200-1500 calories a day, of healthy foods

Pole dance class 3 x per week

Bootcamp 2 x per week

yoga 2x per week 60 minutes, for flexability and relaxation

I love to dance, horses, yoga, spending every minute i can squeeze in with my soulmate, my best friend, partner and biggest fan!

I have some very strong motivators to lose the weight!

Favorite Music Anything that makes me want to move...which is pretty much anything
I love techno, metal, hard rock, reggae, 70's, 80's 90's you name it!
