Introduction Text Hey, welcome to my sparkpage ;-) I love being outdoors and having crazy fun, but now all i seem to do is sit at my desk and study! which is rather why i'm here... I've always thought it would be fun to be fit and slim like my friends, so i guess it's time to get there before it's too late! Okay, so perhaps that's a little blase....but still, no worries... It's gonna happen!

Right now, my biggest fitness goal is to be able to run aroun the varsity field ten times without stopping. I'm working my way up though! right now I can run 1.2 times and then i do intervals after that. Also, I want to lose 21kg...

Right now im pretty much just following what SP says with some extra on the inbetween days. When summer comes again i'll get back to the pool and im hoping to take up a martial arts class.... and ive even started eating some vegetables!

I love the outdoors, studying ecology, reading, playing music, writing and messing around with my friends. Most of all I love God, cos without Him everything in my life would be such a total mess. God is SO awesome!
