20 pounds can come creeping back without me noticing too awful much, I'm determined, to make it go away.
No excuses, no "one extra won't hurt me" nothing. I'm going to do this.
Slow and steady. Gotta watch that sodium, gotta watch the alcohol, keep eating clean.
My plan is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN.... lean proteins, veggies and fruits, very limited starches (clean starch only) and 1- 2 "cheats" per week. (Cheesecake is a serious downfall for me, and if I try to completely eliminate it I will likely go wazzoo with a whole bunch of alternatives that don't satisfy me anyways) NO dairy, NO processed foods, NO junk!

I spin 4 times a week for 30 minutes and do strength training 4 times a week for 30 minutes.
Personal Information:
I'm a wife and mother. I have a sedentary job, but a love for exercise. I feel conflicted about food because I love healthy, clean foods and doritos and beers. I'm an average kind of girl who just wants to be healthy and happy.
