my name is krystal woodruff , im 47 from jonesboro/tucker man ar!! I have been married 20 yrs have 2 kiddos and one grand kiddo. This past year I have lost 25 lbs and im almost to my weight goal. I will be going back to college in fall of 2015 to get my dietican license , and im conquering depression (in your face depression)!! .... More to come!

Fitness Minutes: 71,686

My Goals:
i was diagnosed in janurary with CONJESTIVE HEART FALIURE in particular the iditic form wich means basiclly a viruse caused it, my weight has to go down.


My Program:
i eat around 1500 calories but some days less depends on if i get a break at work. I work out in the gym typiclly i do 65 mins of elliptical and 30 mins weights, if im not rushed i will through in 30 treadmill, when weahter is warm and nice i like to jog so sometimes i sub that instead, i try not to eat anything with corn frutose in it, i keep food with splenda or aspertaime to min. because i do sometimes have some sneaky side effects to those 2. mostly im aiming to loose my tummy my son was almost a 12 pound baby and after 15 years hes srill attached on my middle.



Personal Information:
i work as an chef for cracker barrel i have 2 children a girl and a boy , my son has asbergers syndrom/bi-polar, i work on my health because i have conjestive heart failure/diabetes, currently im in excellent health, i like to work on the computer, read, crochet and do crafts. i adore christmas its my BIG decorating holiday, i hate winter but LOVE summer, bring on the heat!!


Other Information:
im in the local autism chapter,and im constantly looking for ways to improve mine and my familys health., ive also joined the crusade to rid the world of the childhood obesity crisis!!
