10-16-14 I am currently halfway between my favourite detox. This helps me reorganize my portion sizes and rid myself of all the impurities in my body. I find this helps me to get into the right frame of mind, helps me put attention on me, helps with my water levels, and by the end of the detox, the weight lost just gives me a boost in my confidence and helps me stay motivated to keep going. One thing I will be doing differently than any other time I have done this.. I am removing as much pre-made and processed food as possible. This is to avoid all the chemicals in our food which I have been really reading up on lately. This will also help me to control the amount of gluten, sugar, and sodium in our food and that can only help the process. 2330 days ago
