Time to refocus and evaluate myself. Where do I want to go from here? What can I do that will help me succeed? What is important to me? What am I committed to? I will take baby steps to get back into the swing of things. One thing at a time.

Fitness Minutes: 305,529

My Goals:
I desire to eat healthy and get sufficient nutrients. Exercise daily, adding more variety to my workouts, especially strength training and stretching.

BL Winter Challenge Goals: To continue with my increased strength training of 20 -30 minutes each day. Track nutrition and fitness each day. Continue with my cardio.

5% challenge Team: I am pretty much content with my weight, although another 3 - 4 pounds would be nice, 5 % is too much for me to lose. So, my goal is to maintain for myself, AND help motivate others to reach their goals!


My Program:
1. I'm striving for 20,000 steps per day.

2. 20 - 30 minutes of strength training each day.

3. Tracking my nutrition.


I am involved in several challenges that keep me moving all day long.


I drink 10 or more glasses of water each day. I am trying not to eat potatoes, rices, pasta, breads, any thing with a lot of carbs after 2:00 p.m. I'm working on getting more protein into my diet as well.



Personal Information:
I am a child of God and strive to glorify Him with my thought, words and actions each day.

    Good Morning! emoticon You are on a mission today too. I just got done with my body weight circuit workout. Have a great time at church. Sure miss mine. Mines in AL and the ones around here in MN just aren't the same. My weekend is going great. We have a new roommate moving into our house today, so should be interesting. We haven't had 3 people in the house since early Nov. All girls house is interesting with one bathroom. emoticon Today I'm making some chicken and stew vegetables in the slow cooker with some ham broth that I made awhile back. Should be yummy. Can't wait to try it later. Got to get that started in about an hour and half. Still got to get a shower in before that and now. I will have a great day.
