Fitness Minutes: 360

My Goals:
My dream is to be on Broadway! I can't be dancing up on stage with a body that wears size 24 clothes. No one wants to see that. I also need to start thinking about my health.

Eat 3 meals a day

Exercise 3-4 times a week

Lose 180 pounds

My Program:
 Eating healthy on a college student budget, while starting an exercise program that motivates me.


Personal Information:
I'm Kimberly, a student at Pittsburg State University. I'm studying Music Education. I'm ready to be done with college! I plan on moving to NYC in 2012, and I can't wait!! :)

Other Information:
 Sometimes we expect more from others because we would be willing to do that much for them. This time, I'm expecting more from myself!
