It's 2012 and I've lost 70 pounds with SparkPeople since March of 2011. Now my goal is to lose another 80 pounds to get to Onederland!

My Goals:
To get back to the life I had on Spark 2 years ago where fitness mattered and I was successfully losing weight.

My Program:
 It's day one again so I'm not sure if I'll be doing the gym at work again or getting a membership outside of work.


Personal Information:
I started my Spark journey in 2011 and lost 70 pounds in about a year. Then I hit a plateau, got seriously depressed, and spent the next year or so gaining it all back and then some.
