    You're right; I *do* have weekly goals: 2 pounds/wk which should follow from doing all my daily goals all 7 days of the week re: h20, food tracking, & moving daily; and the monthly goals are building on those just like the weekly ones build on daily ones. I guess in the past I didn't even stay with my daily and weekly ones, due to overwhelm, feelings of failure, not trusting in myself or the process (or HP?) Probly why '1 day at a time' is so true...And the 100 days blogging is holding myself accountable to make that happen.
