Hi everyone! I am a Sparkpeople veteran and although I have a bad habit of vanishing for months on end and then returning with my tail between my legs, I am now here FOR GOOD!

I have finally realized fad diets don't work and if I want the body and health I deserve, I need to earn it! I've learned the secret to losing weight and getting healthy is....THERE IS NO SECRET. We need to eat well and get moving, and I'm finally ready to work my booty off...literally! LOL.

I can't say enough about how much the motivation and inspiration I receive from all of you is helping me on my journey. I hope I can be as inspirational as you all are to me.

My Goals:
My sister is getting married at the end of June 2017 and I am her Maid of Honor. This means I need to get my act together so I can look great and actually enjoy myself! I WILL lose 100 pounds by June 29th, 2017. It will take dedication and determination, but I know I can do this!

My Program:
Good old fashioned healthy eating and exercise. Since I have so much weight to lose, right now I am concentrating on tracking all of my foods (approximately 1200 calories/day) and getting my 10,000 steps in each day as well. As this healthy new lifestyle becomes habit, I would like to add more exercise, including strength training.


Personal Information:
My name is Kristi and I live in Colorado. I have three great kids and and awesome hubby! My entire family is active and super fit, and I am ready to join their ranks! Looking for some great buddies to keep each other in line!

Other Information:
I love pretty much all books! I love movies, being outside, and spending time with my family.

    S-50 SQUATS (50 Adductor/Abductors)

    E-50 FRONT JABS (50 Seated Biceps Curls)

    L- 30 LATERAL LUNGES (30 Seated Hip Extensions)

    F-30 FORWARD LUNGES (30 Squats, holding the back of a chair)

    E-50 JUMPING JACKS (50 Seated Jumping Jacks)

    X-30 PUSH UPS (30 Wall Pushups)

    A-30 ALTERNATING HAMSTRING CURLS (30 Standing Hip Flexion/Extension holding the back of a chair or wall)

    M-50 HIGH KNEE MARCH IN PLACE (50 Seated High Knee Marches)

    Do what you can, modify what you need to, but try your best, regardless of fitness level! If you’ve got a suggestion on an exercise you’d like to see incorporated into the challenges, please let us know!
