Thx for stopping by my page. I have only gotten through the 3rd workout in the burn phase, before I injured my knee, but I can tell you, that I absolutely LOVE the program!!!! I am so excited to finally be able to stick with it, and see my results after the first time through it fully.
I'm using weights. I'm always a little scared of bands. I have this image of me gettin' smacked upside the head with one....YOWCH! LMHO! So yea...just weights for me. Regular dumbbells. 4284 days ago
