Katina Roberts weightloss journey


Hi , I am 40 yrs old. I am a mother of 3 wonderful kids. I have been over weight since 2000. I lost 40lbs in 2010. I had gained that weight back. I have numerous health issues. I just had a back fusion done in August 2015. The Dr said i had to lose 60lbs or i will be facing another surgery soon. So for someone who is in pain all the time and don't work, I have a long road ahead of me. Im hoping to gain support and friends through blogging. Thank you
