Spring 5% Challenge Commitment
My commitment to the Spring 5% Challenge:
- I will exercise at least 4 days/week for at least 30 minutes.
- I will be following the Spark Plan.
- I will huddle with my team everyday & leave at least one comment on the discussion board.
