My Goals:
Hope to complete the following triathlons this year
Okay, I'm still working on this year's schedule BUT definitely doing the following;
1. Lavaman Triathlon last weekend of March, 2012. Hoping to be at the four hour plus mark.
2. Pac Grove Triathlon - September, unless I'm watching Mr. Wonderful do his ironman.
3. Thinking about doing a half-marathon this year. Hopefully jogging, maybe walk/jogging. We'll see.
Races completed this year - New Year's day 5k. Plan on doing a 5k a month, at least.
More to come.
Pacific Grove Olympic 9/11 -DONE!!!!
Mermaid Capitola 9/27 either Olympic or Sprint - DID THE SPRINT - DONE!!!!
New Events --
Firefly run on 10/15/11. It's a 5k. Hoping to do it in under 45 minutes. - We'll see. Done - okay was one minute over, but still happy! Also convinced 11 year old to do it with me!!!
Mermaid Run (yes, I will run for bling!) 10k - November 15, 2011.

1. Tracking and using that to eat mindfully.
2. Exercising - getting ready for the triathlons with team in training.
3. Playing ice hockey to stay sane.
4. Working on improving my running. I.E. Actually running the 5k instead of walking it, or walking/running.
5. Longer term goal, actually running a 10k instead of walking/running it.
