Hey Y'all...


I'm a GRIT - a South Carolina girl from day one. I've been married for almost 2 years. I'm a thryroid cancer survivor of 23 months, and I'm finally done with my treatments. Now that I'm on a regular dose of medicine, I am jumpstarting myself back into shape - not fitting into my cute clothes is tough for an ex-competitive swimmer. I've really enjoye this site so far, and I've even convinced my husband to join, too! Were in this together now...

Fitness Minutes: 635

My Goals:
7 lbs by June 25th

10 lbs by July 4th

15 lbs by July 27th

Overall:

To be down to 135 (or less) by August 30th.

My Program:
 Workout with weights 3 days per week, cardio 3 days per week.

Count calories, force myself to drink lots of water!

Other Information:
 Thyroid cancer survivor of 36 months - had surgery in March 2005 and 2 rounds of Radioactive Iodine in both April 2005 and March 2006. Still consider myself a newlywed since I'm not quite at 3 years yet... :)
