Introduction Text My name is Katie. I gained 40 pounds my first semester of college and I've gained 30 more since. ACK! My husband and I both need to get healthy. My #1 goal is to become consistent in my healthy eating and exercise habits. I want to be a good model for my daughters and sons! (Plus, it'd be nice to drop all my extra weight now that they're born, and a good routine will help me do that!)

I want to get healthy! I will run a mile by 3/15/14. I will log 150+ miles each month on my Spark Activity Tracker.

I am moving more and eating less (and better!).
