Sissy, I got on the scales this morning and I've lost 4.8 lbs this week! 3.3 more lbs and I'll be out of the 290s!
But I'm not completely happy because I know you aren't as motivated as you should be right now, and I want you to be! I want us to do this weight loss thing together.
Now, look at what you wrote at the top of your sparkpage, the reasons you want to lose weight. Drill those into your head and really think about them. Then decide you are going to change something up in your workout and really try 100%.
I dont want to be doing this alone. Please?
And here is a tip. Yesterday, I decided to "start over." I reset my starting weight on my ticker to what it is now. I think that maybe seeing the "first 5 lbs" and "first 10 lbs" drop again is what is going to motivate me. So now it says I've lost 4.8 lbs, and it is motivating to me! Maybe you should try that!
