I'm the mommy of an overly rambunctious almost 2 year old, and am expecting our second blessing in July 0f 2010. I lost all but 10 lbs from my first pregnancy before getting pregnant again; and my focus right now is on finishing this pregnancy healthy and fit. By the time I hit 24 weeks this time, I had gained 22 lbs and the doctors have already told me not to gain much if any more. 12 more weeks till I can start trying to evict my uterine tenant, and then start the real transformation!!

Post Pregnancy Goal: Fitness/Figure bodybuilding competition, fall 2011
Lifetime Goal: Keep up with my kids, set a good example, and keep up with my super fit Navy husband
My Program:
Walking local park
Walking neighborhood
Gym x 2 per week (cardio)
At home weight training 3x per week

We go wherever the Navy sends us
