    Thank you so much for the information! It's come off before, but it seems stuck this time - and it is in different palces. I am going to have to get the exercise in more. I was almost nonmobile to 10000 steps minimum a day, I get winded easily.

    Thank you for your kind words on my page. In answer to your questions, yes it did take my quite awhile to get started. First I decided to just stop drinking and then decided to stop processed grains and try whole grains. I didn't lose a pound. So instead of grains I sat down and made a list of all the healthy foods I love. I love fish and veggies of many kinds, and so I started eating them. Eggs or oatmeal with an egg on top for breakfast, a big mixed salad with 4 ounces of shrimp (or egg or no meat) for lunch, and 4 ounces of fish (chicken once a week or so) and a LOT of veggies for dinner. I snack on dill pickles mostly, sometimes beef jerky.

    For exercise I bought a stationary bike. It was pretty affordable on Amazon. Fitdesk, it's called. It's already paid for itself with the money I have saved on junk food and eating out all the time. I HATE to exercise, so I do it first thing in the morning so I can't put it off or come up with excuses not to do it. That works really well for me.

    Now the pounds are coming off. The cravings only lasted 2 weeks. I don't cheat. I still want pizza and burgers and fries, but I didn't give them up forever. Im taking a break from them and eating other foods I love (but are healthy) instead.

    I hope some of my (so far) successful tips could be of use to you. You can do it if I can!
