Introduction Text Update: Hi, I am back and I need encouragement and support!!! I have been through alot this past summer and I lost track of what was important and that is getting healthy!!! I am starting over again!!! I havent gained all the weight back that I lost before but I am close to it I think! I am starting back to the Healthplex tomorrow and I really need to learn how to purchase better food to make for my dinners! I really want to be a success story not a failure!!!! Hi I just turned 41 yesterday Dec 31st and I have got to lose this weight once and for all ! I love what spark people offers to people to get their lives on the right track. Everyday I am excited to check to see if I have spark mail or a new friend or a comment on a blog! I am getting motivation from other users and hope in return I can do the same eventually. I treasure friends and would love if there were others in my area who are using sp as well and we could possibly meet!

- walk on the beach with my head held high in September! - walk up flights of stairs without getting winded! - walk,jog or maybe even run in a marathon! - be happy with me being me!

-lowering carbohydrate intake -adding more fresh fruits and veggies as well as lean meat to my menus -drinking lots and lots of water! -taking stairs as much as possible at work - walking and heading back to the healthplex!
