My Goals:
2019 GOALS
Weight target: 170, total loss of -117#, with 46.4# for the year
Beat all my other Spark journeys in terms of time and weight lost
Achieve and sustain a daily step goal of 10,000 steps
Build a strength training routine and sustain it 4x a week.
Continue to work on a daily life plan that maintains health through fitness and nutrition

2020 GOALS
Weight target: 150?, total loss of -137# and 20# for the year
Achieve a daily step goal of 12,000 steps
Half the year or more will be spent in maintenance mode
Expand hobbies that require physical fitness - kayaking, camping, traveling, etc...

** GOAL MET **2018 GOALS**
Weight target: 215, total loss 72#
Returned to a healthy program with cardio and strength training
Achieved a daily step goal of 8,000 steps


My Program:
1350 - 1650 calorie ranged
tracked every day with the Nutritionix App

**Nutrition Goals**
30% fat, 25% protein, 45% carbs
Veggies 4-5x servings a day
Fruits 3x servings a day
Fiber 21 g per day goal
Sodium under 1800 mg per day
No-soda streak
No-fast-food streak
Fine dining allowed 2x a month

**Fitness Goals**
8,000 daily steps tracked via my FitBit
Nature Hikes (6,000-10,000 steps) as weather allows
(for winter: must be 28 degrees+, wind less then 10 mph)
Strength Training 4x a week
Rebounder (trampoline) every day 10 minutes minimum
Horse training 4x a week



Personal Information:
I've now exceeded three other attempts in terms of days at it and amount lost.

FIRST Spark was 2006-07 (age 43)
237 (2/06) to 172 (4/07)
13 months losing at 1.07 #/week rate with a total Spark loss of 65#

SECOND Spark (age 45)
(5 months later after #1 SP with a 49# gain)
221 (8/08) to 213 (11/08)
3 months losing at 0.61 #/week rate with a total loss of 8#

THIRD Spark (age 46)
(1 year after #2 SP with a 67# total gain since SP#1)
231 (8/09) to 208 (4/10)
8 months losing at 0.63 #/week rate with a total loss of 23#

FOURTH Spark (age 52)
(6 years after Spark #3)
(need to retrieve data - was lost)


Other Information:
married to a fantastic man for 29 years
2 grown children, now both at college (one home, one away), still driving me crazy! LOL
