Fitness Minutes: 69,855

My Goals:
Be healthy and happy.

My Program:
 It's hard to get off the last few pounds and I'm so close. I have hypothyroidism which makes losing difficult so maybe I should maintain as I've been doing and just keep tracking. I'll never be a size 6 again and at my age I'm satisfied with just keeping fit and enjoying life.


Personal Information:
Born 1950. I have severe arthritis (since my mid-30's) and have undergone multiple hand surgeries (joint fusions, replacements, etc.) I also had a triple cervical fusion. Now have hypothyroidism. Old age ... gotta love it.



Other Information:
 I've been married since 1981 to a great guy; no children. I have two wonderful cats that are the light of my life. Over the years I've always had cats that live to a ripe old age (the two recent losses were 20 years old and 16 years old) and one dog (a Westie) that lived to 16 which was almost unheard of as they usually live only 10-12 years.

I attend a wonderful Church and enjoy my immediate family and friendships.

    Laura, I am a cat person too. I had 7 cats at one time, living indoors with me. Honey, my oldest was 28 lbs and a big boy for sure. I had mostly Maine Coons and one Korat and a Tabby. Now all my cats have crossed over the Rainbow Bridge (hope you have heard of that) and they are waiting for me to join them. Bev

    Laura, had a wonderful Christmas and glad it is over and on to New Years and then done till next year. LOL. It was just another day for me. I overdosed on Hallmark Movies and then hit the sheets around 3 am. Hope your Christmas was a good one.
