Introduction Text I am a 35 year old mom of 2 boys under 5. I'm not currently working. I love to knit and hike in the mountains. I am also determined to lose this baby weight! It has been 3 years and I still haven't lost the weight! I haven't been very disciplined about it and I'm not sure how to get that discipline back. When I get hungry, I'm usually hangry and devour everything in sight. I am working with spark coach and so far it's been good. It's like having that little voice on my shoulder guiding me a little better. I've got the knowledge, just not the discipline.

FRUIT AND VEGGIES! Walk 4+ miles per day or at least 10k steps Lose 5lbs - FitBit Charge HR (DONE) Lose 10lbs - new pants Lose 15lbs - new workout clothes Lose 20lbs - One whole day at the SPA to myself :)

Lifting weights 3x/week Spin Class 1x/week Cycling (roadbike) every day, at least 30 minutes!

I am a cancer surviver. I was diagnosed with Thyroid cancer in 2007 a month before my wedding and had surgery a week after my honeymoon, then radiation a month after and its been an uphill battle since. But since the surgery my weight has been a roller coaster up and down with radiation and each scan I have had. My highest weight was 150 after the baby and my lowest weight was 114. I would love to weigh that again, but my realistic goal is 125.

I have the cutest little sidekicks in the world and they goes almost everywhere with me!! I want to be strong and healthy for them so that I can be present in their lives as long as I can.
